Full restoration of the historic 1899 duplex at 3850 Sullivan Avenue — including structural repairs, ADA accessibility upgrades, interior renovation, and transformation into a fully functional community resource center with program rooms, a wellness space, and family support areas.
Funding to hire and retain qualified program staff including a full-time Program Director, part-time mentoring coordinators, a mental health liaison, and an autism support specialist — ensuring every youth receives consistent, high-quality support.
Resources to deliver evidence-based mental health programming including peer support groups, licensed counseling sessions, wellness workshops, and community awareness campaigns that break the stigma around mental health for youth and families.
Equipping our program spaces and youth participants with the technology, educational materials, and digital tools needed to support learning, leadership development, and autism educational programming in the modern world.
Funding to host community events, youth summits, cultural celebrations, service projects, and outreach initiatives that build community bonds, raise awareness of our programs, and engage families across the St. Louis region.
Core operational funding to sustain day-to-day organizational functions including utilities, insurance, supplies, transportation, communications, and the administrative infrastructure needed to run effective programs.
